Directions

  1. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  2. Peel the carrots with a peeler and then scrape them into long ribbons.
  3. Mix the root ribbons with the oak leaf lettuce, arugula and grapes in a large salad bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the walnuts over it.
  5. Beat in a bowl the vinegar, mustard and oil with salt and pepper to a dressing.
  6. Sprinkle the dressing over the salad.
  7. Serve the salad for lunch at deep plates and serve bread.
  8. As a side dish, this salad is delicious with fried fish.
