Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Peel the carrots with a peeler and then scrape them into long ribbons.

Mix the root ribbons with the oak leaf lettuce, arugula and grapes in a large salad bowl.

Sprinkle the walnuts over it.

Beat in a bowl the vinegar, mustard and oil with salt and pepper to a dressing.

Sprinkle the dressing over the salad.
-
Serve the salad for lunch at deep plates and serve bread.

As a side dish, this salad is delicious with fried fish.
