Ingredients
- 250 g gluten free self rising flour bag 1 kg
- 10 g dried yeast bag
- 1 el traditional olive oil
- 1 tl salt
- 3 el linseed
- 150 ml tap water lukewarm
- 50 g dried apricots
- 50 g unroasted nut mix almonds, Brazil nuts and pecans, bag 175 g
- 25 g Goji berries bag of 225 g
- 25 g mulberries bag of 200 g
- 25 g dried cranberries bag of 250 g
- 2 el liquid honey
- 1 tl ground cinnamon

Leave 2 tables in bread mix. Put the rest together with the yeast, oil, salt, linseed and the water in a bowl and knead in 3 minutes to a smooth dough.

Let the dough rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, cut the apricots into pieces and chop the nut mix coarsely.

Put the apricots and nuts in a bowl and mix in the goji berries, mulberries, cranberries, honey and cinnamon.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper sprinkled with bread mix and roll out with the rolling pin to a rectangle of 40 x 20 cm.

Divide the nut-fruit mixture over the dough. Roll the cloth up with the help of the baking paper. Press the ends closed and fold down.

Bake the bread in the middle of the oven in about 45 minutes until golden brown and done. Bon appétit! .
