Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 100 ° C.
  2. Chop the coriander coarsely. Place a piece of baking paper in a large roasting tray. Pour olive oil on it and place half of the coriander on it.
  3. Cut the salmon into equal pieces. Rub the pieces of salmon on both sides with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
