Remove the plastic packaging from the camemberts. Put the rosemary in the top of the camemberts and wrap the cheeses in aluminum foil.

Put on the barbecue for about 15 minutes until the inside of the cheese has melted. Open the foil and remove the top crust from the cheese.

Drizzle with thyme, nuts, apricots and honey. Serve with the baguette to dipping.
