Roast the sandwiches lightly brown. Cut them in four and place the canapés on a flat dish.

Spoon a little compote on each canapé. Cut 2 thin slices of the pâté and cut into square cubes. Dip them with one side in the sesame and place them with the sesame on top of the compote.

Insert a cocktail stick with a basil and a black olive.
