Directions

  1. Roast the sandwiches lightly brown. Cut them in four and place the canapés on a flat dish.
  2. Spoon a little compote on each canapé. Cut 2 thin slices of the pâté and cut into square cubes. Dip them with one side in the sesame and place them with the sesame on top of the compote.
  3. Insert a cocktail stick with a basil and a black olive.
