Oyster mushroom fritters


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: light soy sauce, medium-sour sherry, fresh-ground carrot, oyster mushrooms (a 150 g), flour, egg (beaten), mineral water (ice-cold), stir-fry oil and cress.

Directions

  1. Soy sauce and sherry until dipping sauce and pour into 4 small dishes (eg egg cups).
  2. Ginger peel and grate.
  3. Fry on four plates of grated ginger and put the dish of dipping sauce next to it.
  4. Clean oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into broad strips.
  5. Spread 50 g of flour on a flat plate.
  6. Add the remaining flour to 1 tsp salt.
  7. Infuse egg and ice water quickly with flour into bowl (batter must remain lumpy).
  8. Heat in stir-fry low stir-fry oil until the steam comes out.
  9. Repen oyster mushrooms in 4 servings by turning flour, batter and frying in hot oil in 3-4 min.
  10. Drain on kitchen paper.
  11. Place oyster mushroom fritters next to ginger heaps on the plate and garnish with cress..
