A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: limes (cleaned), avocados (peeled), red onion (chopped), Tasty Tom tomatoes (seed strips removed), tabasco (bottle 57 g), red pepper (seed strips removed), garlic (pressed) , coriander ((15 g), leaf chopped) and tortilla chips natural (150 g).

Grate the green skin of 1 lime and press out both fruits. Cut the flesh of the avocados into cubes and spread over 2 dishes. Divide the lime juice over both dishes.

Add the lime zest and half of the onion to 1 dish. Cut the tomato into small pieces and add them. Season with tabasco, pepper and salt.

Cut the red pepper finely. Add the rest of the onion, red pepper, garlic and coriander to the other dish. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the salsas with the tortilla chips.
