Cheese celery soup with paprika
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: butter, celery (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), flour, vegetable stock (of 1 tablet), young cheese ((Gouda), grated) and roasted peppers (in strips).
Melt butter in a frying pan and gently fry celery and garlic for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over it and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add broth for a dash, keep stirring until all the broth has been absorbed by flour and soup is smooth and light-weighted.
Bring largest portion of grated cheese through soup and let it melt.
If soup does not bind well, add 1 tbsp of slightly sour pepper drip from the pot.
Heat pepper strips briefly in soup.
Season the soup with salt and pepper and spread over four deep plates.
Discard cheese left over..
