Salad with smoked chicken and portobello


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, portobello mushrooms, spring onions (in rings), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), freshly ground black pepper, balsamic vinegar, roasted almonds (a 175g bowl), oakleaf lamella (100g) and smoked chicken breasts (in thin slices).

Directions

  1. Wipe off the door lintels, break the stalk and cut the hat into thick strips.
  2. Fry 2 minutes in a frying pan in 2 tablespoons oil in frying pan.
  3. Add Portobello and bake for 3-4 min.
  4. Last min.
  5. Garlic fried.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Take the pan of fire and allow the mushrooms to cool down.
  8. In bowl dressing beat vinegar, leftover oil, salt and pepper.
  9. Chop the almonds coarsely.
  10. Spread salad over four plates, put chicken fillet and portobello on it.
  11. Season the salad with dressing and garnish with roasted almonds..
