Gazpacho with a shrimp tower
A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber, Dutch shrimp, chilli (chopped), sour cream, coriander (chopped) and Gazpacho soup (a 400 ml).

Peel the cucumber, cut into very small cubes and scoop the shrimps, chilli, sour cream and coriander through them.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Divide the shrimp mixture over four plates or bowls.

Press the mixture firmly between two tablespoons, so that a turret forms in the middle of the plate.

Pour the soup carefully around it and serve immediately..
