Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200C.
-
Place 2 sheets of filo pastry on a greased baking sheet and spread with butter.
-
Do this in the same way with the rest of the filo pastry, so that you have 2 4-sheet piles.
-
Wash the spinach.
-
Let it boil in a wok and let it boil the spinach.
-
When it is cool, squeeze the moisture from the spinach with a paper towel or a kitchen towel.
-
Stir the pine nuts, raisins and Creme au Bleu through the spinach.
-
Place a large spoonful of the spinach mixture on each of the 2 piles of filo pastry.
-
Roll up the 'packages' and lay them down with the seam on the baking sheet.
-
Brush them with some butter.
-
Bake the filo pastry rolls in the center of the preheated oven, for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
-
Cut them in half and serve warm.
