Basic salad of cauliflower rice, boiled quinoa and bulgur, white cheese, baby beetroot, lemon and olive oil.

Mix the cauliflower rice with the quinoa-bulger mix and cheese cubes.

Cut the beetroot into wedges and mix through the salad.

Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin and press out half.

Mix the lemon zest and juice with the olive oil and scoop through the salad. Take the salad with you in a handy salad box with removable dressing tray.
