Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the green leaves of the cauliflower, and the rest into pieces. May also be quite coarse, precision work is superfluous.
-
We do the same with the onion.
-
The garlic cloves are stripped of their skin.
-
In the pan we make the oil hot, and fry the onion. Without it becoming brown, that is still a trick.
-
Add the garlic and the cauliflower. Nice stirring, but! .
-
Extinguish the whole thing with the apple juice and lower the heat.
-
Let's simmer for a while, before the stock cubes, the cayenne pepper and the chili sauce can be added.
-
Add the water as much as the whole is just submerged.
-
Cook nicely in the spices. I say: a minute or 20.
-
The cauliflower is allowed to fall apart.
-
We can nicely bake the bacon on a high heat with a drop of oil around crispy baking. Or in the oven, at 180 degrees, about 5 minutes.
-
Puree the soup with the cream cheese to a delicious starter. Or a meal.
-
A joke black pepper, still.
-
Serve the crispy bacon on top of the soup.
