Try this toast with roast beef

Ingredients

2 tablespoon creme fraiche
2 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon ginger syrup
Salt and pepper

4 slice Mill bread
8 paste Roast beef
8 Cherry tomato in quarters
1 hand arugula
Lemon

Directions

Put the crème fraîche in a bowl and stir in the horseradish, the mustard and the ginger syrup.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the slices of bread in a circle.
Cover the bread with the slices of roast beef.
Spoon a spoon of the crème fraîche mixture and garnish with the cherry tomatoes and the arugula.
Finally, sprinkle some lemon juice over it and serve immediately.
