Panini with gorgonzola
Cut the fennel into wafer thin strips. Halve the to. Cut the Gorgonzola into cubes.
Cut open the petit pains and top the bottom with ham.
Divide the strips of fennel, to and cubes of Gorgonzola. Put the tops back on again.
Bake the panini in a sandwich maker, contact grill or in a hot grill pan crispy brown.
