Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.

Put the chocolate, coffee and butter in a pan. Let the chocolate melt on low heat while stirring, do not heat longer than necessary. Stir well to a smooth mass.

Cut the cake into thick slices. Line the bottom of the dish with cake. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla sugar and caster sugar. Put in the cooled chocolate mass, flour and baking powder. Spoon the batter into the bowl and smooth.

Bake the cake in the oven for about 25 minutes until a crust has formed (inside is still melting soft). Cool the cake slightly and cut into square sides. Serving hot or cold.
