Spread the almond shavings over the pans and rack 1 min. Change regularly. Take out the pans.

Cut the cooking pears into quarters. Remove the clock housing. Melt 1/2 tsp butter in each gourmet pan and fry the quarters pear 3 min. Repeat regularly.

Serve the pear with the almond shavings and a bread roll of vanilla ice cream.
