Waffles with raspberry-mint ice cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: icecream (1 liter container), fresh mint (only the leaves), raspberries (150 g), gallettes (thin waffles and 250 g pack).

Leave the ice in 10-15 sec.

in the microwave (600 Watt) slightly thaw until it is soft enough to stir.

Keep 4 leaves of fresh mint for the garnish and finely cut the rest of the fresh mint.

Spoon the chopped fresh mint and ¾ of the raspberries carefully through the ice.

Put a waffle on a plate and spoon a roll of ice cream with an ice cream spoon.

Put a second waffle on it and put another roll of bread ice on it.
-
Cover with a third waffle.

Garnish with the rest of the raspberries and the leaves of mint..
