Roasted pear and pineapple with mint sugar

Put some mint leaves separately for the garnish and chop the rest coarsely.

Mix the chopped fresh mint with the sugar in a food processor or blender well (or finely chop the fresh mint and mix with the sugar).

Preheat the oven to 200ºC or heat the oven grill.

Melt the butter with the caster sugar. Place the pear and pineapple in a low oven dish and spread the butter with caster sugar.

Place the fruit in the middle of the oven for 12-14 minutes or not too close to the oven grill for 4-5 minutes.

Divide with 2 tablespoons of elongated bread rolls (quenelles) of vanilla cheese over 4 plates. Put the fruit there.

Sprinkle with the mint sugar and garnish with the mint leaves.
