A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lemon, sugar, biscuit and gingerbread spices, apples (Elstar, approx. 1 1/2 kilo), walnut melange natural (175 g) and vanilla custard (1/2 l).

Directions

  1. Grate the lemon peel over a large bowl.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and add with lemon and cuppa spice to lemon zest.
  3. Stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Wash apples, cut out flesh around the bell house, cut into strips of approx.
  5. 1 cm and mix with lemon mixture.
  6. Chop the nuts with a large knife.
  7. Mix half with apple salad.
  8. Make apples in the middle of 4 deep plates.
  9. Spread the custard around it and sprinkle leftovers over custard..
