Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Melt the chocolate and butter in a pan, but do not allow the mixture to become hot. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar frothy and thick.

Beat the egg whites in a different bowl with a pinch of salt. Stir the chocolate mixture through the egg yolks until well mixed. Spoon the egg whites gently.

Pour the mousse in the dishes and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. The chocolate mousse may be slightly soft inside and may collapse slightly.
