A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: almond shavings (a 55 g), icing sugar (extra for dusting), flour, eggs (split), sugar, blueberries (150 g), lemon (scrubbed), butter and whipped cream (250 ml).

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Grind the almond in the food processor. Add the icing sugar and flour and grind briefly. Beat the egg whites with 60 g of sugar. Fold in the almond mixture and the berries. Divide this over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper in a rectangle of approx. 35 x 30 cm. Fry in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Allow to cool slightly, remove the parchment paper and allow to cool completely.
