Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Puree the cucumber with mint leaves, lime juice and sugar in a blender or with the hand blender in a high bowl.

  3. Let the ice creams freeze in the freezer for 1-2 hours or in a pop maker in 10 minutes.
