Directions

  1. Peel the mangoes, cut the pulp from the kernel and cut into cubes.
  2. Squeeze out the lime. Mix the mango cubes, icing sugar, coconut cream and the lime juice in a freezer and put in the freezer for 5 hours.
  3. Put the frozen mango mixture in the bowl of the food processor and grind in 2 minutes. Put back in the container and put in the freezer for another 3 hours.
