Melt the chocolate with stirring au bain-marie or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 300 Watt. Stir the melted chocolate through the mascarpone.

Halve the apricots and put them on the cookie crumbs. Spoon the chocolate cream on top, spread the rest of the cookie crumbs over it and sprinkle a dash of cocoa powder over it.
