Break the chocolate into pieces.

Melt in a saucepan au bain marie (pan in boiling water with boiling water until chocolate melts, stir well until smooth chocolate sauce arises).

Meanwhile, open the 'lanterns' of the golden berries carefully and fold them up. Wash the strawberries (do not remove the crowns).

Peel the mandarins and divide into segments. Cut the cake into cubes and pour the chocolate into the fondue pot.
