Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Split the eggs and put the proteins in a bowl. The egg yolks are not used.
-
Mix the sugar and the coconut through the proteins. Put the mixture in a pan and heat for 3 min. On medium heat.
-
The mixture must not discolour.
-
Spoon with 2 tablespoons of mountain per serving of the coconut mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Ensure a minimum distance of 5 cm between the mountains.
-
Make a hole in the middle with a spoon (or your finger!), So that some sort of wreaths occur.
-
Bake the coconut macaroons in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
-
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Drizzle the macaroons with a fork with the melted chocolate.
-
Allow to cool for 1 hour. Put the eggs in the nest.
