Coconut-ginger smoothie
A tasty recipe. The drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: ground coconut (box 55 g), stem ginger ((pot 240 g), coarsely chopped), apricots ((bag 500 g), in strips), mild yoghurt, pistachio nuts ((box 95 g) ) and minced meat).

Soak the coconut for 5 minutes in 4 tbs of hot water.

Put the ginger with 3 tbsp syrup out of the jar, coconut, apricots and the yogurt in a blender.

Mix 30 sec.

and divide over 4 glasses.
