Directions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces.
  2. Keep 4 tablespoons of coconut milk behind. Bring the rest of the coconut milk with the chocolate, the spices melange and the water to the boil.
  3. Leave the mixture on a low heat for 5 minutes. You find the drink too sweet. Then add some extra hot water.
  4. Pour the chocolate milk into mugs and drizzle with the coconut milk left behind. Serve immediately.
