Breakfast dish with fresh-sweet apple, soy natural, honey, banana, ground coconut and sunflower seeds.

Directions

  1. Grate the apple and mix with the soy natural. Divide a third of the apple soy over as much tall glasses as you need.
  2. Cut the banana into slices. Divide the honey, half of the banana and the coconut over the apple soya.
  3. Divide again a third of the apples, the rest of the banana and the rest of the coconut. Finish with the rest of the apple soy and the rest of the honey.
  4. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
