Cod with chive puree
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, snow peas, carrots (300 g), cod fillet (a ca. 250 g), crème fraîche (125 ml), dry white wine, puree a la minute natural (180 g) and fresh chives ( 25 g).

Cleaning snow peels and cutting carrots into pieces.

Spread cod with salt and pepper.

Bring the crème fraîche with wine to the boil.

Add cod and cover on soft heat in 6 minutes.
