Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Clean the orange, grate 1 tsp orange skin (per 4 persons) and squeeze out the fruit.

Cut the peel thick from the orange to the flesh and cut the orange slices between the fleece with a sharp knife.

Bring the stock with the butter and honey to the boil. Put the couscous in the baking dish and pour the honey broth.
