Couscous with satiety yogurt
Cauliflower, chicken, mint and yoghurt dressing with couscous.

Cut the red onion into 6 parts. Halve the large pieces of cauliflower.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion, cauliflower and curry powder for 10 minutes on medium heat. Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, put the couscous in a bowl and pour over the boiling water. Let alone until use. Cut the fresh mint fine.

Stir in the couscous. Scoop with the oil through the vegetable mixture and turn off the heat.

Put the couscous on a large plate, spread the chicken strips over it and garnish with the mint. Mix the yogurt with the za'atar and serve with it.
