Creamy anise quark with strawberries
A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: full curd cheese, anise cube (box 150 g), fine granulated sugar, strawberries ((500 g) and sliced).

Rinse the clean tea towel under the tap, wring out the tea towel and place it in a colander.

Put the colander in a bowl and pour the curd in the tea towel.

Let the quark drain for 30 minutes.

Finely grind the block of anise and sugar in the mortar or place it in a plastic bag and gently press with a rolling pin.

Stir through the curd cheese.

Puree 200 g strawberries with a hand blender or use a fork.

Divide the strawberry puree over 4 bowls.

Add the anise quark and garnish with the rest of the strawberries..
