Directions

  1. Need extra: blender.
  2. Cut the cucumber and bell pepper into pieces.
  3. Chop the parsley roughly.
  4. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  5. Put the lid on and mix everything while turning on the highest setting to a smooth light green smoothie.
  6. Pour the smoothie into 2 large glasses.
