Curry marinade with coconut milk and mango
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: mango (juice), coconut milk, lime juice, curry powder, bay leaves (crushed) and red pepper (with or without seeds and finely chopped).

Mix mangos juice, coconut milk, lime juice, curry powder together and add bay leaves and pepper. Mix meat, chicken or fish through marinade and, covered, marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour and maximum 1 night. Return meat, chicken or fish occasionally. Drain meat, chicken or fish and cover with oil for grilling.
