A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: dates (pitted (bag 250 g)), warm strength earl gray tea, orange (pressed), gelatin white and sugar.

Cut the dates into pieces and let it soak for 1 hour in the earl gray tea and the orange juice.

Soak 1 gelatin gel for 5 minutes in cold water.

Remove the dates from the moisture and bring the moisture to the boil in a pan.

Dissolve the sugar and a pinch of salt in it.

Remove from the heat and dissolve the gelatine in it.

Pour over the dates and leave to refrigerate for 2 hours.

Tasty with blue cheese..
