Directions

  1. Rinse the pistachio nuts in a sieve under hot water to rinse off the salt (if necessary).
  2. Let them drain well.
  3. Grind the pistachio nuts in the food processor.
  4. Add the sugar and orange juice and mix everything into a firm paste.
  5. Cut the dates in length and remove the kernel.
  6. Fill the cavity generously with the pistachio mixture.
