Heat the sugar with 150 ml water in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and let cool.

Puree the watermelon, strawberries and fresh mint in a blender and add the sugar water and lime juice.

Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
