Duck breast rolls with cassis jam
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, ground cloves, cassis jam (jam), smoked duck breast fillet (a 12 slices), red onion (in gossamer half rings), balsamic vinegar, arugula (lettuce, bag a 75 g), fresh parsley (( 30 g), coarsely cut) and extra virgin olive oil.

Mix the clove powder through the jam and thinly coat the duck breast slices.

Roll up the slices of duck breast and keep them covered in the refrigerator.

Marinate the onion in a bowl with the balsamic vinegar for at least 20 minutes.

Mix the arugula with the parsley.

Place the duck breast rolls on a pluck of herb salad on 8 plates.

Remove the onion from the marinade and let it drain well.

Place a marinated onion on the duck breast rolls.

Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately, so that the salad remains crispy.
