Mussels with white beer
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, spring onions (in rings), cold butter (diced) and white beer.

Rinse the mussels in plenty of cold water, throw away the broken and open mussels (which do not close after a tap on the counter).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Take 4 large pieces of folded foil or baking paper.

Place the mussels in the middle of the pieces of foil, spread half of the spring onions and butter over them and fold the packages closed.
