Crostini with lentil puree and raw ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, lentils (a 400 g), garlic, celery, vine tomato, raw ham, oil, salt and pepper and floor bread (white).
Lentils drain and roughly. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Cut celery over lentils into pieces. Wash tomato and cut into small cubes. Cut the ham into strips and create them with lentils together with tomato. Mix with 2 tablespoons of oil to a smooth puree. Season the puree with salt and pepper.
Spread bread thinly on both sides with oil. To toast bread in a toaster or under a grill in approx. 3 minutes. Slice cut in half and spread with lentil puree.
