Broth with cranberries
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, beef broth (of 3 tablets), cinnamon stick, winter carrot, braised meat ((meat products), in strips), cranberry compote (350 g) and flat parsley (finely chopped).

Bring the stock with the cinnamon stick to the boil. Turn off the heat and let the cinnamon stick draw into the stock for 10 minutes. Remove the stick from the stock with a slotted spoon.

Meanwhile, peel the winter carrot with a peeler and cut the carrot into small cubes.

Bring the stock with the winter carrots to boil and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the braised meat, cranberry compote and parsley through the stock and season with pepper. Pour the broth into 8 bowls. Tasty with toasted white bread.
