Directions

  1. Spread the lamb's lettuce, cucumber and radishes over a bowl.
  2. Turn the slices of smoked salmon in the form of roses and place them on the salad.
  3. Beat a dressing of the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and chopped dill and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the dressing over the salad. Garnish with a few tarts of dill and serve immediately.
