Directions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the to and the lemon juice with a hand blender and season with salt and a lot of pepper.
  2. Spread the wraps with this mayonnaise and top them with the tuna, olives, avocado and lamb's lettuce.
  3. Roll up the wraps, cut them into bite-sized rolls and place them with a cutting edge upwards in a bread bin.
