Tuna rolls with tomato mayonnaise and olives
Mix the mayonnaise with the to and the lemon juice with a hand blender and season with salt and a lot of pepper.
Spread the wraps with this mayonnaise and top them with the tuna, olives, avocado and lamb's lettuce.
Roll up the wraps, cut them into bite-sized rolls and place them with a cutting edge upwards in a bread bin.
Place some mandarin or other fruit in a separate container.
