Prepare a large bowl for the yoghurt sauce.

Cut the caps of the peppers. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and white seeds and cut the peppers into small pieces.

Peel the onions and cut into very thin rings.

Put the yogurt in the bowl.

Squeeze out the garlic. Stir in garlic and chives through the yogurt.

Season the yogurt with salt.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan.

Put the shawarma meat in the pan and fry in a medium heat for about 15 minutes. Spoon the meat occasionally during baking.

Cut the baguettes in the length and lay the halves on a large scale. Using a thumb or serving spoon, press the inside of the baguettes a little, so that there is a cavity.

Put the shawarma meat in here.

Sprinkle pieces of peppers over the meat and place onion rings on them. Spoon a little yogurt garlic sauce on top. Everyone cuts off a piece of baguette for themselves.
