Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Place the parma ham on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the ham in 10 min. Brown and crispy.

Press the garlic. Cut the bread into coarse dice and scoop them with the lemon oil and garlic.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the croutons in 5 min. Brown and crispy.
