Directions

Put all the ingredients (except for the ice cream) together in a blender and mix into a smooth soup (keep some small cubes of cucumber and a few coriander leaves for the garnish).

Season with salt and pepper and pour into bowls or large glasses with ice cubes.

Garnish with the cucumber and coriander. Grind a little pepper and serve immediately.
