A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: eggs, flour, cool beer, white asparagus, mayonnaise, sharp mustard, coarse salt, lemon and oil for frying.

Directions

  1. Divide eggs.
  2. Stir in yolks of batter, flour, beer and pinch of salt into a smooth batter.
  3. Cover the morsel covered in cool place for a quarter of an hour.
  4. Clean asparagus, halve and cut lengthwise.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard.
  6. Fry frying oil to 180 ºC, preheat oven to 100 ºC.
  7. In a fat-free bowl, stiffen egg whites.
  8. Slice the egg white foam through batter.
  9. Cut part of asparagus bars with a fork and let them slide into frying oil one at a time.
  10. Fry in 4-5 min., Brown regularly, for uniform coloring.
  11. Drain asparagus fritters on kitchen paper and keep warm on serving pan in oven.
  12. Sprinkle with (sea) salt and serve with mustard mayonnaise and lemon wedges..
