Directions

  1. Wash root and cut into slices.
  2. Peel onion and cut into rings.
  3. Clean the celery and cut into pieces.
  4. In the pan, bring the carrot, onion, celery, white wine, bay leaf, thyme, peppercorns and a pinch of salt to the boil with 1 liter of water.
  5. Broth for about 30 minutes.
  6. Let the broth cool and sift..
